Purchases By ordering furniture from this website, you acknowledge and understand that Dwell by Cheryl Inc. serves as a third party processing your custom upholstery order. All orders are then shipped white glove delivery by Averitt Express shipping company and any questions or concerns regarding shipping times, delays and delivery should be directed to Averitt Express.



Shipping


White Glove Shipping/Delivery:
All Dwell by Cheryl furniture pieces will be delivered via white glove service beginning at a flat rate of TBD and may vary up to TBD. This pricing is based on your location and the proximity to the Sylvester Alexander manufacturing facility. Items shipped white glove will be brought into your home, placed into the room of your choice, unpacked, and the packaging will be removed. Because of this specialized service, please allow approximately up to 4-10 weeks for delivery. Due to demand and availability, production or routing schedules, white glove delivery items may arrive prior to, within, or after the lead time. All shipping questions/concerns should be directed to Averitt Shipping. Note: Once scheduled, should you miss your confirmed and scheduled delivery, you may be subject to a redelivery fee which is set by the delivery company.


Delivery Lead Times:
Please keep in mind that all items in the Belle by Cheryl Luckett collection are custom made to your specifications in Hickory, NC by Sylvester Alexander Fine Upholstery. As a result, please allow 8-10 weeks for production (not including white glove shipping/delivery time).



Returns

Our Policy:
IMPORTANT: Your custom upholstery order can only be canceled within 24 hours of order placement. Custom upholstery includes all pieces in the Belle by Cheryl Luckett collection.
Sylvester Alexander offers the highest quality upholstered furniture to its customers. All items are inspected prior to shipment to ensure your order is in perfect condition before leaving the warehouse. Upon receipt, please immediately inspect your purchase for any concerns before disposing of or destroying the packaging and outer box. If you are accepting a white glove delivery, you must make a note of the damage on the paperwork during the delivery and you must notify us of any damages or lost items (within 72 hours); otherwise we will not be able to honor a replacement due to the claims process.
